Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in HRIS, with a strong preference for those with expertise in SuccessFactors and ADP. The HRIS Manager will play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and administration of our HR systems, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and support HR initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management & Maintenance:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of HR systems, including SuccessFactors and ADP.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS.
    • Perform regular system audits and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • System Implementation & Optimization:
    • Lead or participate in the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and integrations within the HRIS.
    • Work closely with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality and performance.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop, generate, and maintain a variety of HR reports and dashboards to support business needs.
    • Provide insights and analytics to HR and leadership teams to aid in decision-making.
    • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • User Support & Training:
    • Provide ongoing support to HRIS users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems, advising HR team members and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Security:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy laws and regulations.
    • Manage user access and security roles within the HRIS, ensuring appropriate levels of access.
    • Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure systems meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead HRIS-related projects, from planning and development to implementation and post-implementation support.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Payroll, and Finance, to achieve project objectives.
    • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong preference for experience in SuccessFactors and ADP.
    • Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and optimization.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with expertise in SuccessFactors and ADP.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large data sets.
    • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading HRIS projects.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in system integration and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and HR compliance requirements.

Working Conditions:

  • This role may require occasional travel for training, conferences, or system implementations.
  • The position typically operates in a standard office environment, with hybrid workplace flexibility.
