Role and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:

You structure and administer Compensation Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored compensation frameworks, ensuring compliance and innovation. You are involved in promotion packages and review of C&B linked policies.

You manage Benefits: Oversee benefits programs, enhance offerings, and negotiate competitive packages.

You conduct Job Grading: Develop and maintain grading systems for internal equity and career progression alignment.

You support Cross-Border Mobility and compliance: Facilitate fair compensation for employees relocating across European sites.

You drive Performance-Driven Compensation Processes: Manage performance reviews, incentive programs, and transparent communication via the SuccessFactors platform.

You ensure Compliance: Stay updated on European regulations, adhere to legal requirements, and engage with relevant bodies. You can conduct a C&B audit to review local reward mix towards market and compliance and make a plan how to implement change. You are familiar to take project ownership to EU linked projects.

You perform Data Analysis: Benchmark compensation, provide insights from salary surveys, and recommend adjustments for competitiveness.
Required qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in an international context.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English.
- You demonstrate proven experience in implementing effective compensation programs and processes.
- You are detail oriented and have a strong analytical and project skill.
- You are familiar with European labor laws, social security, tax, and fiscal regulations.
- You can explain complex matters into a core appealing synthesis.
Location:
This job is be located in Brussels.
Traveling:
It is expected to have some traveling (up to 5%) to the locations of group in Europe.
