What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving maintenance excellence and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Your core responsibilities include:
- Championing safety performance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Reliability leaders to maintain operational excellence.
- Keeping equipment bills of material current and reviewing parts for inventory optimization.
- Developing task lists and standard work procedures for new and existing equipment.
- Maximizing wrench time through effective planning and work assignment.
- Assigning and redirecting work to the maintenance workforce.

- Drive safety initiatives to ensure an accident-free, productive workplace.
- Provide technical guidance to a diverse, highly skilled workforce in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage daily and long-range planning to achieve business goals.
- Lead efforts to implement precision maintenance best practices and improve equipment reliability.
- Organize work packages and documentation using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills.
- Facilitate resource planning for scheduled maintenance work.
- Build empowered, cross-functional teams and identify training needs.
What You Bring
- Education: BS in Electrical Engineering OR AS in a technical field or Process Control.
- Experience: Five or more years of electrical maintenance experience may substitute for post-secondary education. Must include experience in maintenance craft or as a coordinator, supervisor, planner, or engineer in an industrial setting.
