Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Intern, your duties will span a variety of financial functions, including:

• Preparation and sending of bank statements
• Preparation and mailing of balances and bank confirmations
• Settlement of rebates and commissions for sales agents
• Allocation of customer payments
• Archiving and setting up of payment receipts received from external sources
• Preparation and sending of daily/weekly reports in the receivables control team
• Assistance with improvement projects and testing
•  

Your Profile
We’re looking for candidates who are motivated to grow and learn in a finance role. You should have:

• A degree (or be working towards one) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel being an asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset with great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

We are hybrid and Flexible:

In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
