Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Intern, your duties will span a variety of financial functions, including:
- Preparation and sending of bank statements
- Preparation and mailing of balances and bank confirmations
- Settlement of rebates and commissions for sales agents
- Allocation of customer payments
- Archiving and setting up of payment receipts received from external sources
- Preparation and sending of daily/weekly reports in the receivables control team
- Assistance with improvement projects and testing
Your Profile
We’re looking for candidates who are motivated to grow and learn in a finance role. You should have:
- A degree (or be working towards one) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel being an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team-oriented mindset with great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
We are hybrid and Flexible:
In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
