Position title
Analytics Engineer
As an Analytics Engineer, you will provide clean data sets to end users, modelling data to empower decision-makers to discover actionable insights and gain more value through data & analytics. You will be instrumental in creating data assets in the cloud platform, including interactive dashboards and ML/AI applications. You will be part of a team of digital transformation team with data analysts, analytics engineers and ML engineers.
Role & responsibilities:
In this role
- You will increase data availability by making relevant, detailed, well-structured data available for analytics
- You will leverage the cloud platform to build automated and scalable data pipelines and increase overall data automation, data quality and transparency
- You will be part of scrum project teams to create end to end data & analytics products
- You will maintain documentation & definitions
- You will act as a bridge between data engineering and data analyst functions
- You will inspire people about the opportunities of modern analytics and train others in using your datasets in visualisation tools
Your profile
Essential skills:
- Min 3 years of professional experience in cloud data & analytics (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS).
- Hands-on experience in getting valuable insights through data. Experience with supporting others in the creation of dashboards in visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Ability to manipulate data efficiently and write clean, automated data pipelines. Extensive SQL and Python knowledge
- Proficient use of version control, testing and continuous integration
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills both towards a technical and non-technical audience
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to work outside your comfort zone
- Good verbal & written communicate skills in English
Nice to have:
- Preferably a university degree in a field relevant to the job
- Experience with ML pipelines and data science practices.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of other programming languages

In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
