If so, a career as a Procurement Analyst  could be your next big move! Join our Procurement Team and support the Procure to Pay process for all Sappi entities in Europe.

As a Procurement Analyst at Sappi Cracow CoPE, you will provide a pivotal support role in transforming how we source, manage, and innovate across Sappi Europe’s supplier base. 

Moreover, you will dive into the following areas: 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting 
  • Strategic Sourcing Support 
  • Market Research 
  • Risk Management, as well as, 
  • Support in other critical fields for procurement 

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Identify existing system solutions and alternatives available on the market that provide data insight being required for strategic sourcing, e.g. APIs or other types of interfaces.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers, pricing volatility, and market conditions.
  • Assist in resolving supplier-related challenges such as delivery delays or quality concerns, ensuring smooth operations and robust supplier relationships.
  • General procurement support in the areas of Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Performance Tracking and Contract Management, in close collaboration with Optimised Buying Systems Team.

 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in SAP MM 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Master Data Management, PR-PO, AP/AR or similar process 
  • Good understanding of technical IT interfaces, data modelling and dashboarding 
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc.) 
  • Fluent knowledge in English (Dutch, German is a plus) 
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure / delivery in a timely manner 
  • Able to work in an international team with contacts in different locations   
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies

In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model. As this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
