We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist in Europe, who will serve as the interface between business and IT. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements, execute change requests, and ensure alignment with CRM counterparties from other regions, while actively contributing to building and testing CRM solutions, maintaining data integrity, and providing essential user training and support for daily troubleshooting and bug fixes. 


You will: 


  • Align on change requests with CRM leads from other regions 
  • Build solutions using current CRM platform 
  • Test new CRM functionality and assign testing activities through ticketing tool (TopDesk) to users
  • Work with regional business leaders and staff to ensure proposed changes are properly understood and agreed 
  • Regular alignment with CRM Team on priority setting and progress on actions 
  • Assist region in moving to global stadards where there is business justification
  • User maintenance  
  • Maintain Data, facilitate data integrity e.g. correct duplicates in CRM
  • Create training materials and train users on new and existing functionality 
  • Support daily troubleshooting and bug fixes 
  • Dotted line to Global CRM Owner for purpose of coordinating global initiatives 


Your profile: 

  • You are moticated to grow and navigate a diverse set of challenges
  • You have fluent knowledge in English; additional languages are a plus
  • You have excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills 
  • You are able to work in an international team with contacts in different locations
  • You have 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • You are Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM systems 
  • You are open to travel, sometimes internationally

We work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office according to the agreement of your local office
