We’re on the lookout for an HR Administrator to provide daily administrative support for HR consultants and employees regarding company benefits, movement control, time management, and information services, ensuring high-quality service for the business. 

 

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and deadlines, handle employee pay-related queries, and verify payroll documents.
  • Manage benefit funds and administer employee benefit programs.
  • Coordinate staff movements, including sign-on, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Maintain organization structure and manage manpower movement data.
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes and relocation.
  • Administer community service-related matters such as boarding school fees and transportation.
  • Compile month-end statistics and reports, conduct audits for quality control.
  • Manage time management errors, assist administrators, and handle employee queries.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed Grade 12.
  • Minimum of NQF level 5 HR Qualification.
  • 1 to 3 years HR Administration experience.
