We're Hiring: Millwright 

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our plant and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). As a Millwright, you’ll be responsible for fault finding, repairing, and upgrading electrical and mechanical systems to keep our operations running smoothly.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion for maximum plant uptime.
  • Improve master data accuracy and assist with work scoping for better efficiency.
  • Report plant defects and downtime, providing critical insights to the Foreman.
  • Share your expertise and coach peers on plant-specific procedures and best practices.
  • Obtain work permits and perform 60-second risk assessments to ensure safety at all times.
  • Use the right tools and follow engineering standards to deliver top-notch results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • A recognized Millwright trade certificate (Manpower or SETA accredited).
  • At least 2 years of post-apprentice experience.
  • Solid mechanical/electrical fault-finding experience in an industrial environment.
