We are hiring! 

Join us as a Reliability Manager! Oversee detailed analysis of Mill operations, develop strategies to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and asset standardization by identifying and managing reliability risks such as Loss Elimination, Risk Management, and Life Cycle Asset Management.

 

As a Reliability Manager, you will:

  • Improve equipment availability and efficiency.
  • Develop and refine asset maintenance plans, including preventive tasks and predictive testing methodologies.
  • Drive SAP maturity and ensure adherence to maintenance standards.
  • Analyse plant and asset performance to develop improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain asset reliability data.
  • Provide monthly reliability reports and lead improvement projects.
  • Ensure reliability of new installations and adherence to asset management processes.
  • Maintain Mill statutory documentation and standards.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng degree or BTech in Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of reliability experience.
  • Experience in RCM, TPM, and/or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Government Certificate of Competence (Factories) advantageous.
  • Experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry will be advantageous.
  • A relevant management qualification will be advantageous.
