Join Our Team as a Senior Maintenance Engineer!

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to deliver expert engineering support, services, and solutions that enhance plant availability, all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Management
  • Ensure effective preservation of plant and machinery through predictive and preventative maintenance, optimizing uptime and minimizing downtime.

  • Oversee maintenance schedules, resources, and priorities in collaboration with production and maintenance teams.

  • Enable continuous improvement of the Maintenance Function by performing Root Cause Analysis

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Engineering, Health and Safety Standards (ASME, BS EN etc.)
  • Effectively manage Contractor Performance,
  • Participate in budgeting, cost control, and capital project planning and execution for cost-effective plant improvements.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for the maintenance and production teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years experience in a heavy industry/manufacturing environment.
  • Government Certificate of Competency (Factories).
  • 5 years + experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
  • MDP or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Power Generation experience is advantageous (Boilers, Turbines, Generators, 132kV Switchyard).
