We’re on the lookout for a Temp HR Administrator (12 months FTC) to provide daily administrative service to the HR consultants and employees, with regards to company benefits, movement control, time management, information services, and a comprehensive high standard of service to the Business.

 

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Manage employee benefits: Administer employee benefits programs including medical aid, funeral cover, travel allowances, and long service rewards.
  • Payroll administration: Process payroll inputs, manage deductions (e.g., boarding fees, tool allowances), and coordinate payroll processing.
  • HR data management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, position numbers, and organizational structures.
  • Employee life cycle: Manage employee life cycle events, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Benefits administration: Manage employee benefit funds, including retirement, death, disability, and withdrawal benefits.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation through regular audits.
  • Employee relations: Provide front-line support to employees, assist with community service initiatives, and provide aftercare services to widows and pensioners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyze HR data, generate reports, and prepare presentations as required.

 

 What are we looking for?

  • Completed Grade 12.
  • Relevant NQFL 5 Human Resources qualification.
  • One to three years’ experience in HR administration.
