We Are Hiring

We are looking for a Training Consultant to plan, design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences that enhance employee productivity and performance within a specific business area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers to identify learning needs through competency gap analysis and recommend tailored training solutions.
  • Develop and maintain 90-day training plans based on skills gap analyses, ensuring timely communication and scheduling.
  • Facilitate classroom and on-the-floor training, dedicating 50% of time to learning events.
  • Organize and manage training sessions with external providers, ensuring compliance with governance protocols.
  • Guide managers in utilizing the learning management system (LMS) for reporting and self-sufficiency.
  • Review skills gap reports quarterly, prioritizing training plans to address critical gaps.
  • Act as content owner for specific courses, ensuring they meet instructional design standards and are regularly reviewed.
  • Coordinate support for various learner types, managing logistics and documentation for trainees and grant applications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a learning function, preferably in a heavy manufacturing environment.
