Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets of $200M - $300M within the assigned region
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product enhancements and promotional initiatives and insight into future market needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support customer and business strategies and initiatives
  • Analyze regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement to support customer initiatives and operation planning objectives
  • Negotiate customer agreements and contract management, including  NDA and corresponding legal arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales (paperboard and/or folding carton converter) experience 
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Travel required approximately 50% to 60% of time, including outside working hours and overnight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
