Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure, including switches, access points, routers, and firewalls.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing expert-level support to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Provide expertise to resolve technical incidents and system issues.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.

  • Collaborate with security teams to align network infrastructure with internal security standards.

  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations and mill specific processes.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A proficient problem-solver passionate about continuous improvement.

  • More than 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise networks.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or relevant industry certifications (CCNA, or CCNP).

  • Familiarity with industry-leading hardware and tools such as Cisco, SolarWinds, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.

  • Manufacturing sector experience, especially with industrial network requirements and standards, is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, self-organized, and a proactive self-starter.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a willingness to be on-call for critical network issues outside standard business hours.

  • Demonstrate a flexible attitude and willingness to assist beyond core duties, contributing to various tasks and projects outside the primary area of expertise as the need arises.
