We’re on the lookout for a Bale line Assistance Uptakes #3 to provides assistance to the Bale Line Operator for the continuous and efficient operation of the Bale Line.

 

As a Bale line Assistance Uptakes #3 you will be responsible for:

  • Assist with the start-up and shutdown of operations across the bale line (from cutter to unitizer).
  • Ensure the availability of packaging materials (wire, wrappers, and labelling ink).
  • Safely operate the overhead crane/hoist to load materials onto equipment.
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting and report equipment issues to minimise downtime.
  • Support autonomous maintenance activities to improve plant efficiency.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles.
  • Adhere to and promote high safety standards, including assisting with clearances and isolations.
  • Ensure the quality and appearance of wrapped bales meet customer requirements.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Matric with Maths and Science or N3 Pulp and Paper.
  • 6 months industry experience.
